1. You call or
email us to go over your account needs and equipment or
software options. We want to make sure you get the
equipment or software you need for now and your future
growth. Many times it is wiser to spend a little more now
than to spend it and much more all over again next year.
Sometimes it works out better to separate your retail
(swiped) transactions from your internet or phone orders
with a separate account. The choice is always yours.

2. You can
fill out an application on line or via email in your word
processor and email it back to us at info@totalmerchantsolutionsnationwide.com . This pre-approval screening is to
place your application with the best processor (for
approval and rates) for you. We also screen you for the
best leasing company for equipment or software. You
simply copy the ap[plication questionare into your word
processor so you can edit your information into the body
of it. Then just copy & paste it into email back to
us. The leasing company then runs a four system credit
check and gives us an approval or special conditions in
24 to 48 hours. We then email you the results or invite
you to choose an option. The final forms will be typed up
and faxed to you for signatures. To insure success we
will check the forms by fax before you send them by Fedex
or mail back to us with your start-up fees and equipment
deposit (first and last month lease or 50% down on the
cash price) and two void business checks.

- Step 3. Once the bank and the leasing company
processes the agreements (finding no errors and having no
questions). Your Equipment is normally shipped to you
10-12 business days later. Equipment has actually shipped
in five days but delays can go up to five weeks. The
pre-approval process does normally keep it quick. We ship
your equipment or software to you with instructions and a
tech support number.
